We have made changes to how the "Time group" feature is used. Previously, it was based on the case creation date. It is now based on the date of the last activity in the case.

Users are requesting new useful features. Our team reviews the submissions and gets to work. In March, we introduced a number of new features, mostly "corporate" ones, which are making Akrone increasingly appealing to professional users. More details in the article.
